What is the difference between Recruitment 21 and another Linkedin training?

I am not a fulltime coach. Me and my partners are recruitment experts, java developer and digital marketers. We are focusing on tools, plugins, methods that we are using in our work. 

Is it a public or Inhouse course? Who is your typical customer?

More than 90% of all training courses are Inhouse. Typical customer is the HR departament at IT-related company.

Generic Linkedin content?

Not at all. Generic Linkedin numbers take us max 10 minutes. The rest are the technologies (explained by senior java developer), IT trends, active sourcing, optimization of your current processes, interviews, automation, your web and advertisement. Everything customized based on your currently open positions, your needs. 

May the manager/team leader/hiring manager join?

What a great idea! He/she is truly welcome to join us and learn more about the hiring process. For us, it`s a chance to go deep into your company processes and customize the training even more. Usually, the HMs join us for ø3 hours when we are discussing the targets, budgets, KPIs, tools, current processes and optimization.

How much does it cost?

Hard question. The price is always different based on the topics, group and number of hours that we spare on customization. The average prices are from 2 700,- CZK up to 6 900,- CZK per delegate. The preparation for 1 day training is around 9-11 after-work hours + 2-3 days during weekends. On the other hand, we can agree on fixed price per training which can join more of your colleagues -> the prices per delegate will be lower.

Typical size of group?

The number of participants is up to you. To keep the interactivity and for appropriate customization, we are highly recommending to keep the number around 8-12  delegates.
